I am interested in advertising on a bus, now what?
Great! First of all you will need to decide on what type of advert suits your requirements, how
many you would like and the duration. We will then send an invoice to you for the deposit
amount which is the cost of the printing. Once the deposit is received, we will print your advert
and book it in for installation on your requested date!
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! You will be required to pay the deposit up front, and the rest will be billed monthly
depending on the duration you have chosen.
Is there a minimum duration?
No, you can have your advert on the bus for as little or long as you wish. We do recommend
having your advert on for a minimum of 6 weeks as it is better value for money.
Can I choose more than one different ad type?
We can create a custom package for you if you wish to have a mixture of ad types.
If you have a specific budget, we can work out a package deal to suit. Please contact us directly
for a custom quotation.
Where will my bus travel to?
Our buses operate on rotating routes 5-7 days a week, up to 10-14 hours per day,
ensuring continuous exposure across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, and the Surf Coast.

I don't have artwork, can you help?
If you do not have a design for your advert, we can design it for you. This is charged at an
hourly rate of $100 + GST which is not included in the price of your advert. Alternatively, we can
provide the artwork template for you.
How do I supply artwork?
Artwork must be supplied as a PDF with all fonts embedded or converted to outlines.
Please note that all artwork is subject to approval by Big Bus Media. Any artwork that contains
political, sexually explicit, racial or offensive material will not be accepted and as such your
deposit will be refunded.
Can I terminate my contract?
You may not terminate your contract prior to the expiration date listed on the contract
without written consent from Big Bus Media. In the event that you need to terminate your
contract, you will be required to pay 3 months of advertising space. Deposits will not be refunded.
My contract has ended, now what?
You may have your advert removed at the end of your contract, or you may wish to extend
your contract month-by-month.
What happens if my advert has been damaged?
In the unfortunate event your advert has been damaged, Big Bus Media will be notified by
the bus company. We will repair the advert as soon as possible.
